The FAAA Board Members is comprised of five elected officials. Below are pictures and biographical information of each board member.
The duties of the Board of Directors are to provide leadership, oversight and management of the affairs and business of the corporation consistent with the By-laws of the FAAA and the laws of the state of Florida.
Board of Directors' meetings, governed by Roberts Rules of Order, shall be held within the state of Florida at dates and times to be determined by the Board. All Board members will be given appropriate notice of meetings. Any Board of Directors' meeting is open to all members in good standing, unless the Board determines the need for a closed meeting due to special circumstances.

Jon Trezona: President Jon Trezona serves
a dual administrative role as Administrator of Anesthesia Associates
of Pinellas County, Inc. (AAPC) and as Administrator of Clearwater
Pain Management Associates, Inc. (CPMA). AAPC includes 24
anesthesiologists and approximately 80 CRNAs and AAs. CPMA is a
separate pain management practice consisting of 2 anesthesiologists
and a PA. Both organizations are in Clearwater, FL. Prior to assuming
his current positions, Jon owned and operated Premier Medical
Consultants for 11 years. PMC provided billing and consulting services
for various medical practices and organizations throughout Florida and
in several other states. From 1972 through 1996, Jon enjoyed a
successful career in hospital administration. He earned an MHA degree
from Georgia State University. Jon also serves on the Board of the
Tampa Bay MGMA.

Krista Schultz: Legislative Liaison
Ms. Schultz currently serves in the role of Vice President of
Practice Management and Managed Care for Medac, Inc. based in
Augusta Georgia. Prior to her tenure as VP with Medac, she was
Director of Business Development & Contracting at Florida Gulf to
Bay Anesthesia in Tampa. She also served in the capacity of Chief
Operating Officer at FGTBA for two years. Ms. Schultz has worked in
the Managed Care and anesthesia medical practice arenas for more
than 20 years, serving in several roles including Network Account
Executive for Private Healthcare Systems, Inc., a national PPO, in
both the Northeastern and Southeastern United States; later as
Senior Network Account Manager for UnitedHealthcare of Florida, Inc.
in Tampa. Relationship building and strategic partnership management
are her areas of expertise. Ms. Schultz earned the CMPE designation
from the American College of Medical Practice Executives in 2008 and
is presently pursuing a Fellowship in the American College of
Medical Practice Executives. She was appointed as Legislative
Liaison to the Florida Anesthesia Administrators Association in 2008
and re-elected in 2009 and is presently serving her second term as
an officer of the Board of Directors in the same role.
